my calf hurts. luckily only when i bend down.
think it was from yesterdays match when i fell down.
i have a bruise on my knee):
yesterday's trg was toturousD,:
idk if thats the correct word to describe it but whatever.
from 50laps in 10mins(once) to 56laps in 8mins(twice)?
i am always so slow for shuttlerun.
GAh. i hate physical trainings.
i think im gonna have an emotional/physical breakdown sooner or later.
jl was like scolding us for not pushing ourselves hard enough when i was running like mad alrd. "push yourself to the limit"
ya, i know its good to train our physical and mental, but i think if we do this every trg....idk what will happened.
GAH. i know i have a weak mental.
but i guess everyone thinks the same way.
but we dont have a choice anyway if we still wanna get in the team.
______is getting annoying.

i still have alot of things to do but i seriously need a break for awhile after studying, interviewing and busy-ing for the whole day.
ARGH.
my life is so screwed.
