yesterday.
training was super tiring.
if 1 person free throw never get in, run 10 secs shuttle run.
then quite alot of ppl never get in.
so run alot.
super tiring and depressing.
for 3-4, jiaolian was super fierce right after she taped georgia's knee and when she saw the sec 4s doing four on three while suppose to do 4-0.
thats when she started to get scary.
hahaa.
i did something wrong once and she was like "JOYCELYN! 1 MORE TIME, YOU GO RUN!"

but we had to absorb so many dif styles and she only tell us never demo.
so hard to udnerstand but understood it somehow anyway watching ppl do it.
and i drank so much water cause i was super thirsty that i felt like vomitting WATER!
ewww, i think my staminas deproving.
jiaolian said nowadays i like run abit then no strength. like the 'qi' not enough?
she said i should drink more nourishing stuff.
LOL.

ggeog test was so depressing.
i didnt really memorise singapore case study and mr teo gave us the same question for practice and i thought it wont come out again but it did.
omg. i did pretty well for the front part i guess but not for SEQ which i think i will die.
math was sort of better compared to the previous two.
pls dont make me fail.
omg. i'll really cry if i fail.

i ran super slow today.
i promised denise that i'll run with her but i sprint in the end.
but i was running with her.
i think i was 4th in my heats but still very bad.
nicole, rachelgoh, gladys and everybody thinks that i could have ran faster.
and my hairband came out halfway and i had to run with my hair down and i was laughing(a tiny bit) and smiling cause i was super stress and when i'm stressed, i somehow smile? idk. i ahev no idea why i feel like smiling.
and mrs fern was like "joycelyn, you look like you're playing."
