HELLO.

traning...
everyone ran 2.4 downstairs except angelle and me who alrd ran.
then we did footwork with seniors. after that me and angelle did ball handling while waiting for the others to warmup...

then we did drills and 3 on3.
my group consisted of rebecca&kimberly chow:D
after awhile we got 3 balls out of the 4 we're supose to get.
then rebecca kept saying that the water cooler beside us keep tempting her.
then all of us started getting despo to drink water.
and we kept saying we must get in the last ball to drink water
so i said "yes we can!"
chow said "yes we will!"
beck said "yes we must!"
HAHAHAHHA.
in the end we were the first grp to drink the icy cold water cooler tempting water:D
hahahahhaaa.

after that jl wanted us to practice/learn RED.
then it was too sunny so she said we can eat first!
so we did:D
there was twistes, wang wang, biscuits, gummies and oreo and others:D
after we eat, it was alrd 12.
but jl made us do abs trg.
omg la, almost died doing the sit up like postition and u hold it there that one.
HAHHAHA!
so painful.
then while doing another one, my leg cramped.
SOOO PAIN!
idk why i cramp so easily.
play xbox feet also can cramp.
LOL.

after trg, bathed and went to raeannes house!
i think the make a wish shirt(or something wish?!)
is nice to wear:D
when i reached, me and rae watched hotshot while eating/waiting for aerin.
i love hotshot and showlzx!
anyway, in rae's house we kept playing shows cds!
i dont think aerin liked it but still she danced to some of the songs!
ahahahs
aerin and rae kept laughing at my english! hahahaha!
i can enevr take full lit!

aerins so pro is making chim chim and dramatic sentences! she say she wants full lit:O
we laughed alot and took photos which none are nice!
hahaha.
then aerin and rae tried to help me make my fringe but apparently its too stiff or something. so screwed!

went home at about 5.30.

TIRED.
hope i can go out/play badminton/squash/tennis tmr:D
or maybe i can just sleep and watch tv for the whole day?

she went to china for fun but her boss sponser.
