HELLO.
training today: 10rounds, 100freethrow, 100shots, some drills,2on2, 3on3 ???
got hit on the stomach and on the head 2 times by the same personD:
LOL.
i tried to run in 10mins 30sec.
but cannot againD:
everyone's freethrow improbe quite alot but i only improve by 2balls.

the record book is like very messy cause i cant fully erase the pencil marks):
THE WEEKENDS ARE APPROACHING!:D
